You need a valid driving licence held for at least one year, a passport or national ID, and a credit or debit card for the deposit. International visitors must hold a licence valid in their home country — no international permit is required in Mauritius.
Our minimum rental period is 3 days. This allows us to offer competitive daily rates and ensure vehicles are properly prepared between rentals. If you only need a car for a day or two, feel free to contact us — we may be able to accommodate short bookings depending on availability.
Yes. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (SSR) is our most popular pick-up point. We meet you in the arrivals hall with your keys — no shuttle bus, no waiting at a desk. A small delivery fee applies for airport collections.
We allow a 1-hour grace period. Beyond that, a pro-rated hourly charge applies. If you know you will be late, please contact us as early as possible so we can check availability and adjust your booking without penalty.
All our rentals include unlimited mileage. Drive as much of Mauritius as you like — from the northern beaches to the Black River Gorges — without watching the odometer.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full rental amount. We recommend cancelling as early as possible if your plans change.
Third-party liability insurance is included as standard in every rental. Comprehensive collision cover (CDW) is available as an optional add-on at checkout. We recommend CDW for full peace of mind — it covers accidental damage with no excess.
Yes. Additional drivers can be added at the time of booking or at pick-up. Each additional driver must present their licence and meet the same age and licence requirements as the primary driver. There is no extra charge for a second driver.
Yes — baby seats, booster seats, GPS navigation, roof racks, and additional insurance are all available to add at checkout. All extras are clearly priced with no hidden mark-ups. We fit child seats before you arrive so you can drive away immediately.
All vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If the car is returned with less fuel, we charge the cost of the missing fuel plus a small refuelling fee. We recommend refuelling near the drop-off point to avoid this.
